Kristen lives in Wauwatosa with her husband Brad, their toddler Henry, and their two cats, Ace and Giannis (yes, named after the GOAT Giannis Antetokounmpo). Kristen met Brad in college when they both attended Indiana University. Brad grew up in Brookfield and has very fond memories of his childhood in Wisconsin. Kristen is looking forward to raising their family in Wisconsin for years to come. When she is not fighting for her clients, you can likely find her at The Little Village Play Cafe in Tosa, LifeTime gym, or volunteering in her community.
Since a young age, Firm Owner Kristen Lojewski has been a fighter, growing up in poverty in a single-parent household in Indiana.
With grit and determination, Kristen became the second person in her family to receive higher education and the first person to attend a graduate program, graduating with honors from DePaul College of Law in Chicago.
To escape the Midwest winters, Kristen moved to South Florida after law school, where her legal career accelerated as a prosecutor. She tried several jury and bench trials to verdict, honing her trial skills in the criminal courts.
But, Midwest has always been home to Kristen. When she moved to Wisconsin, Kristen left public service to pursue her passion for helping people who were injured due to corporate greed and misconduct. She gained valuable experience at one of the largest plaintiff's firms in Wisconsin, where she dedicated her practice to catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases with a focus on nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
In 2025, Kristen decided to pursue her dream of opening her own law firm and established Lojewski Abuse & Injury Law.
In addition to her law school education and her career in both public and private practice, Kristen is also a graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, one of the country's premiere trial schools. This is an intensive trial skills program designed and taught by top litigators and trial instructors from around the country. While there, Kristen immersed herself in new trial techniques for jury selection, opening statement, direct and cross examination, and closing arguments.
Kristen uses creativity, grit, and persistence to fight for her clients and has recovered millions with these methods.
